band rules?
I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can find a list of band rules? I mean, I know the basics but I want a list of rules to follow and explanations to boot lol
So I want it to be like "No caffiene because....Dont use a straw because....Only eat this much at a time because....Make sure you drink this much because...."
Having it in writing is so much better for me. And having reasons would make things easier to explain to the skeptics in my life.

but, if you go to the LapBand Forum message board and go back about 4 pages (to Friday afternoon's posts) you will see a post from Jean M titled "The Facts of Band Life"
Once you open that one, you can read through Jean's Recent Posts (link under her avatar) to see all of her postings.
She is a wealth of information and always has good, common sense answers to people.
She is a long-term bandster and offers her experience to us all.
You can privately email her also, and she will be eager to help you.

i know i should, but i feel like i should know. i mean, i do know, but i like to have the reasons behind everything. and i feel like if i go to my dr and ask him why this and why that he'll think i have a problem with the program or i wasnt educated on the surgery enough before i got it done. but...you ARE right. i should just ask him
