Plateau
I recently had 2 baby's in 2 1/2 years and I am struggling to get the weight off. I have a realize band and had it refilled after the 2nd baby was born. I really need to get the rest of the weight off and I'm about 20 pounds over pre- 2 baby weight !! She's 8 months now and I feel like It's taking to long! Does anyone have a diet for busting through a plateau!! I'm also hungry at night and not all day!! Thanks Guys
Hey I did the plataeu buster diet when I was in a plateau a few months ago. This seems to be the most talked about one on the board. I hope this helps!
1. Do this for 10 days to break a plateau.
2. Drink 2 litres of water a day.
3. You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day (some suggest at least 60 and up to 80 gr).
4. You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day.
Beef
Pork
Chicken
Turkey
Lamb
Fish
Eggs
Low-fat Cheese
Cottage Cheese
Plain Yogurt or Artificially Sweetened
Peanut Butter
Beans / Legumes
You may also have:
Sugar-Free Popsicles
Tea or Coffee (decaf only)
Sugar Free Jello
Broths / Boullion
Crystal Light Drinks
5. If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!
6. Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily
