Rash

Just a quick question. I think I know the answer but wanted to check.

I am a week post op and on day 2 I started developing a non itchy rash from inbetween my breasts to half way down my stomach. The rash has slowly spread all over my stomach. Only there, not on my back.
I was thinking it was a reaction to the pre op wash in the operating theater, although it has never bothered me before.

My incisions are healing nicely and I dont have any problems that I know of with the band.

Anyone have anything similar?
I will call the nurse at the surgeons office today but wondered about anyone else.

I didn't experience that, but if you don't get a response on this forum, feel free to ask your question on the Lap Band Forum.  People with all bands are welcome there, so it has more traffic and you may have better luck in running into someone that has experienced this first hand.

Sometimes you can get a rash when reacting to the pain meds.  If you are still on them, that might be it?  I'd call the office too if I were you.
