It really depends on your insurance plan.  I would give them a ring and check.

In my case, fills are only covered by insurance for the first 90 days post surgery, then it's $150 to the surgeon's office after that.

I've heard a lot of different things though and it all depends on your plan.

USUALLY IF THE SURGERY IS COVERED THE FILLS ARE COVERED...MAYBE NOT 100% BUT YOU CAN CALL YOUR INSURANCE AND ASK ABOUT ADJUSTMENTS AND THEY CAN TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE UP AGAINST. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR INSURANCE  COVERS AND AT WHAT %.

I am a basic option fed blucross blushield........$75.00 when I get a fill.  Last year I was on the standard option and it cost around $35.00.  It is coded as a surgical procedure so you have to pay the % of the cost of whatever your dr charges for a fill.  That is my experience with it ....

My fills will be covered at 100% just like my surgery and IVC filter placement.  Yes, I realize how blessed I am.
