Post op day 1
I had my surgery yesterday.
i have to admit when I woke up in the recovery room, uncomfortable. sore and feeling very nauseous I wondered "why did I do this"
I came home 4 hours later and slept on and off all day, and I tolerated all the fluid I was told to have.
Today I feel like I have run a marathon but again I am sipping away at my fluid with no problems.
I am excited to graduate up the fluid to food chain.
I was going to go back to work tomorrwo but my husband insists I have the rest of the week off (luckily he is my boss).

Ohh... two days off.... that could be rough. I took a full week off originally, and when I went back (on a wednesday) I spent half a day there and was like.. "NOPE, not yet" and took the rest of the week off.
The combination of recovering and restricted calories can just take a toll on you. Everyone is different though, your body will tell you what to do!
Congrats on the new band!
