I just went for my first seminar. I am still struggling on whether to have or not to have.

Congrats Margie, I am only a couple weeks post op, but I already know this is the best decision I could have made. 

Congrats :)  I'm about a week ahead of you.  I did all that last week, and I just scheduled my psych eval for next month. 

Congrats, Margie!  Don't forget to also visit the Lap Band Board for info.  A lot of us with different bands hang out there because it is a very active board with lots of vets.

I am over 50 also and am 3 months out.  I am very pleased with my band and with my progress.  Wish I could have done it years ago.  Good luck and welcome.
