Newbie Here...anyone from PA?

Hi Everyone...I stumbled across this forum while doing a search for pre and post surgery recipes and I looks SO HELPFUL!  My name is Sukie and I live in Northeast PA just north of Philly. My surgery date is quickly approaching, August 5th  I am scared, nervous, exciting, did I say scared? I guess I'm worried about following all the "rules" like not eating and drinking at the same time. Any advice??? I'm all ears, believe me. I'm also very worried about having excess skin around my belly, arms or legs AFTER the weight loss and having to have it removed.

Well, thanks for letting me join..if anyone can offer me words of wisdom please send me a private message and I'll give you my address to email me...I need support! My Dr. teamed me up with an "angel" who is supposed to be there to answer any of my questions but she never answers my emails or calls, so I'm not getting much support and info from her.
