Does anyone have problems with night time hunger, if so how do you deal with it. I am fairly tight in the morning and lunch time but it seems as soon as i am home all restriction is lost. My docs office said I should wait until I have no restriction even inthe morning. I am very frustrated cuz i am not loosing any weight
Thanks in advance

just replied to the same question on the Lap Band Forum.

what about an afternoon snack, or a snack on your way home from work.

set a time that you are not going to eat after (say, 8 pm) and then bush/floss/gargle and turn the kitchen light off -- and close the kitchen.

I have to remind myself (alot) that no one ever actually starved to death between dinner and breakfast.

Distract yourself, too ---- make a list of 25 things you can do besides eat --
take a walk
take a bath
paint your nails
sew, knit, crochet, read, work a puzzle, surf the net, call a friend

whatever works for your life.   --- this is a habit you can break.
Good luck!

those are such good suggestions!  I have a problem with night time hunger and munchies too.  But keeping my hands busy does help - good ideas on more ways to do that - thanks!  I usually just end up hungriest right before bed but when I wake up I'm not anymore.
