Aggressive Refill Amount Question

I had my first fill 6/22/09, under fluro and he put in 6cc and said it was still not tight.  I'm worried I may never get good restriction, I get another fill 8/3/09 I hope alitlle will help this time because I don't want to be at 9cc this early in the game!

Had my first fill today - 6cc in a 14c band. Nothng put in at surgery.
