Weird question...my grandmother had a port for chemo and her seatbelt constantly irritated it...does this happen with the band port fill site?????

mine is not a problem -- my port is centered about 4 - 5 inches above my belly button.

my seat belt grazes over my breasts and does not rub my port site

Nope, doesn't bother my port either.

No, it doesnt bother it. My Grandmother in law had a port like that, but hers was closer to the skin. It seems to me that this port is "deeper" in the skin/fat and I cant even tell its there unless I look for it.

Maybe when I lose more it will be more noticeable but for now nothing.

Great, thanks!  I was conscious this morning of where my seat belt sits and it's above and to the right of where I guestimate my port will be.
