70 lbs. down :)

Dear friends,

Today I hit the 70 lbs dropped mark.  10 more to go and I'll be under 300 lbs, my birthday is next month and I think I should be able to do this with no problem. I am so glad I got the band, I can't even imagine were I would be without it.

I am very proud of you because I know from experience that the band is no magic pill. You worked hard for this progress and you deserve a great big hurrah!!!  I am starting over with the band and I have lost 8 more pounds after being stuck at 30 for almost a year.  I just had my first fill again. You help me believe that I wasn't crazy for doing this and that I have hope for success too. Thanks, Maureen

I love seeing posts like this, because it makes me feel even better about my decision to get the band. Even though I'm brand new to it (3 weeks) I can already see positive changes in my body, energy level and attitude.

Good for you and I will be banded on the 25th and it is very encouraging to hear from people like you thankyou

THATS GREAT AND A BIG MOTIVATION FOR ME.. I'M SO TRYING TO GET WHERE ARE IN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY RIGHT NOW... I HAVE HOPE AND FAITH THAT I WILL REACH MY GOAL TO ONE DAY BEING 150-160
