Cigna?
I am in the process of getting all clearance done so the doctor's office can send in to my provider for approval, CIGNA. Has anyone here dealt with Cigna? Are there any MUSTS that I should know of? One thing I have been told that they are a sticker on is the 6mnths Dr. supervised diets; that is done. Any road blocks I should have my eyes out for when dealing with them? I have read the bylaws of my insurance; but I want to be prepared for what is hidden and would love the help of someone who have experienced CIGNA. Thanks so much in advance. 
I dealt with CIGNA in March 2009. They wanted the Dr. supervised diets, a letter from my PCP and some medical records showing that I have been overweight for the last 2 years. They wanted to make sure that this just didn't happen last week. Other than that, they have been pretty good to deal with.
