OK, so what are my essentials???

hi there  ,    I use eas 100% whey protein.  It comes in vanilla and chocolate. It tastes great not to s weet and mixs with a spoon. I get a 5 lbs. bag at sams club for 27.95 which gives you 71 scoops. Each scoop has 23 grams of protein. This is one of the best deal you can get in a high quality protein. Unjury is one of the biggest rip offs around, it is so expensive and isnt any better than eas.
