Legs Cramps

Okay, I need some help, I have been having legs cramps for about 2 weeks off and on, but now I seem to be having them everyday all day long.  I am not sure if I am missing anything from my diet or what is going on has anyone had this problem.  I was banded on June 30, 2008 and I have lost 62 lbs.

But now I am having this leg cramps....Help

Get you magnesium level checked.  I waas having horrible cramps and they found my madnesium was critcally low.

Hi, are you getting enough potassuim along with magnisium?  I eat a banana every day and have not had any leg cramps...talke to your doctor about the problem.  Good luck, sounds like you are doing great!

Listen to what the others have said and I think I'm going to eat a banana cuz my legs have kinda started to get crampy feeling at night. Also for a quick fix my dad swears by drinking pickle juice (from the jar). I know it sounds crazy but he swears by it. good luck.

Definately have your vitamin D level checked.  A low level can cause severe muscle cramping and is such an easy fix.  If not I would suggest seeing a neurologist.  There is also a component in club soda that helps wtih leg cramps but the low  vitimin D can reak havoc on your system.
