banded today

got banded today! had surgery at 9:00am! home by 2:00. It was a great day thanks to Dr. Abkins!

What is the first day like? Can you drink anything yet?

first day is better then i expected. if it wasn't for the gas pains i would feel great... i do feel good though!

they gave me water 1/2 hour after surgery, and jello right after recovery.

im just relaxing right now, havent taken pain medicine sinc ehte hospital and i think i may be good without taking anything.

It really is/was amazing.

 How is Day 2 going? Are you able to move around? What kind of liquids can you have?
