Calorie Intake

Okay I have a question, what should the calorie intake per day?, I have lost 62 lbs, but I think I have stalled I have been keeping a log of everything I eat and drink which is any where from 1200 to 1300 calories a day.  Is that way to much?

Any help would be great.

Congrats on your success so far!

Do you have a NUT you can speak with? the only knowlegeable advice I can give you is that the less you weigh, the less calories you need...so as you lose, you should be lowering your calories. As you are pretty low now...im not sure how much lower you should go. Have you tried to maybe 'cycle' your calories...like lower two days, then higher on the third day?
