Seminar tomorrow!!!

I'm taking my first step tomorrow!  Going to the seminar at Dr. Curry's Clinic.  I can hardly wait!

Hey how about taking another step! Start filling out your OH Profile and Journaling Blog.
Someone may read it and be inspired to continue their Weightloss Journey rather than giving up.

Congratulations on taking your first step!  Make sure you write down any questions you may have.  I know when I went to my doctors seminar I didn't and forgot to ask one or two.  I had to wait until my first visit.  LOL
Anyway, enjoy every part of your journey, I'm sure you will journal when you are ready to.    I still haven't.
