LOSE IT 4 LIFE SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET SUNDAY....WHO IS COMING???

Hello Everyone,

Lose It 4 Life Support Group meets for the VERY FIRST TIME...this coming sunday March 1st at Starbucks  1324 W. Pipeline Rd. in Hurst, Texas 76053.   We will meet for 1 hour....from 3:30 to 4:30 PM.    This will be a structure based support group with different monthly topics.    We will have a different recipe to share each month, also when available I will have samples of WL products....proteins, vitamins, etc to share with everyone.     Part of the success of WLS in my opinion is support and encouragement.    I do plan on giving everyone lots of that.    So please plan on attending.    Please RSVP if you plan on coming.   Hope to see you there.
