After gastric banding (Lap Band or Realize Band) do I have to sleep a certain way?  (Side or Back), or can I sleep anyway I feel comfortable?

Thanks,
--Mike

It's not a sign of weakness to seek help when you need it.
The only sign of weakness is NOT to seek the help you need.

I sleep however I want. And I turn a lot, so feel free.

I have a c-pap machine that restricts me moving sometimes . . . but I say sleep however you want!
