Yeah, the Grape Frost is really very good.  Tastes like a watered down Grapico.  It's hard to belive there is 40g of protein in something so watery.

Alot of people from my support group have gotten the unjury unflavored.  you can put it in anything from soups, juice, puddings.  They have chocolate, vanilla, strawberry...... you can make smoothies with them.  They have a few recipes on their web site.  you can order sample packs before spending alot of money on it if you do not like it.
