Monday january 26 @ 7:30 at Brigham Senior Center will be our monthly support group meeting. You can contact me for directions e mail me at [email protected] . ALSO COME EARLY We will be having a group workout from 5:30-7:00! Wear your walking shoes and bring your water bottlle, its sure to be a fun time for eveyone!
