Help!  I have been stalled since Thanksgiving.  I am just over 4 months out and am down 60lbs, but since Thanksgiving I have lost the same 5 pounds about a dozen times.  How can I bust a stall?  Any good suggestions?

I have just had my 3rd fill and the needle is finally beginning to creep down again.  When was you last fill???

Last fill was just before Thanksgiving.  I feel like I have good restriction.....I am pretty sure that is what has kept me from ballooning upwards this last month.  I figured I wouldnt see the kind of loss I wanted over the holidays, but I really wanted to see some.

I gained about 4 pounds over the holidays, but since the fill I have lost those 4 plus am down to 27 lost.  I am really pleased.

Here is another option... I've not tried it yet, but have been told it is VERY successful to break a plateau.

==============================================

#1 Do for 10 days to break plateau

#2 Drink 2 quarts of water a day

#3 You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamin
& mineral supplements each day.

#4 You may consume up to 3 oz. of the following high-protein foods,
5 times a day:

* beef,
* pork,
* chicken,
* turkey,
* lamb,
* fish,
* eggs,
* low-fat cheese,
* cottage cheese,
* plain yogurt (or artificially sweetened),
* peanut butter,
* beans/legumes.

#5 You may also have:

* sugar-free popsicles (avoid juice popsicles),
* tea or coffee,
* sugar-free sodas,
* sugar-free Jello,
* broths & bouillons,
* Crystal Lite drinks.

#6 IF IT IS NOT ON THE LIST YOU MAY NOT HAVE IT!

#7 Keep a food diary and try to get 30 minutes of exercise daily.
