Post op Problems

I am about six weeks post op and Have lost 28 pounds. I am interested to know about any problems others have experienced and if mine may be similar.

Constipation?
light headedness?
Abdominal Cramping?
Ect.

I have had constipation problems, especially the first month or so. Stool softeners help, as does water and exercise.

You have done very well with weight loss!

Constipation, and hungry constantly!

I never felt hungry until about three weeks out.
it is really interesting how different everyones experiences are.

the weight is definately coming off alot slower even after the first fill.
I agree with most, I do not feel the restriction that some have talked about.
I do always follow the no drinking while eating rule though.

Try some benifiber or I have started drinking crystal light with Live Active.. it is helping with constipation.
