Hi!

You can go to this site and chose the ticker ruler and slider that you like:

http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.php?type=3

After you choose the style you like some codes will be generated. The size and background option I used were large and light. I like to chose the html code. Hi-light the entire code and then right click to chose copy.

At that point go to your new "Start Page." Look to the left and you will see a list that starts with "Start Page" and ends with "Settings." Click on "Settings." You will then see tabs - General, Profile, Avatar, Message Board, and Status. Click on the "Message Board" tab.

Here is where you can add your signature. In the second box under the Message Board Settings (it says Signature on the left) you can place your cursor anywhere in that box and right click again and choose paste. The html code will be copied in that box.

Then, go to the bottom of the page and choose save. You will then see your ticker displayed in the first box under My Settings (it says Current Signature on the left).

I have noticed that I have to be sure to have no line spaces in the second box or the signature appears cut off when you actually see it on your posts. So, be sure to delete any extra lines you may have above your signature ticker.

When it comes time to update your ticker you can just go back to the Message Board setting area and double click on the ticker in the first box that says "Current Signature" and you will be taken the page where you can enter your tickerfactory password. Then you can enter your updated information and repeat the steps mentioned above. Be sure to set up a password that you will remember when you back to the tickerfactory to do these updates.

I hope this helps and that I haven't overwhelmed you with this, but if you will just follow it step by step it does get easier over time!
