I Had My First Fill Today

Wasn't to bad there wasnt any pain only received 2cc
Dr. Hobson seems to think i doing ok ... Lost 4 more lbs.
On liquids next 3 days seems to be ok so far I am not
hungry.. help with Tickler please I have forgotten where to post it ... so it shows with my signature Thanks in advance

I had my first fill today too! Was not near as bad as some people made it out to be, no pain, just a little stick. My doc was thrilled with my loss so far so said, "lets be a little aggressive" and gave me a 5 cc fill to start.
