Pre Op Surgeon visit...

Ok the only thing to do til surgery is my Pre Op workup and thats with my PCP tomorrow. My surgeon discussed everything in the game plan for December 11th. I in turn asked him 100 questions LOL. All in all he told me that if I feel up to it that I could go home in the evening after surgery as long as I am walking and sipping water. I think I'll be more comfortable at home anyway. My Pre Op diet is going well a few cravings every now and then but not bad they pass. If you like protein shakes look on the web for www.smartforme.com great stuff I really like it, and they are 16 oz. shakes to haven't tried the soup or bars yet but will tonight.
