missing you

STill don't have mh personal computer, it is at hte shop. So am at the office catching up.

Hello Jean, how are things in Scottsville?  How is the weather up there?  It has been cold here in the deep south...and I have some type of respiratory cold....going around from what I hear.
Going to the doctor in the morning...probably put me on antibiotics as I always end up with bronchitis....
Went for the psych eval this past friday...the doctor really didn't have too much to say except that I should do some weight training with weights..as weight loss is constant and more effective when muscle is built.  Tell me something I do not know!! I also had to take this long psych eval test....sure I passed it just fine.  No one needs to tell me that i am three fries short of a happy meal!
Anyway, hope you are doing well....how is the weight loss coming along?  How do you feel with the Realize band installed?  Not sure yet whenn I will have my surgery, need to see the nutristionist on the 18th of Dec, then wait to see what the surgeon says.
