Sugery today 11/03/08

just got home, not "hurting" but it is more of and uncomfortable feeling.

Welcome to the new life, you will start feeling better each day, but done over do it the first couple of weeks.

I took two weeks sick leave and was glad I did.  AFter about a week I was feeling much better, but I needed the other week to get comfortable and get rested.  Stay on your liquid diet and pureed diet until the surgeon tells you to move.  I ate solids too soon and the Surgeon put me right back on pureed.

You will do great!
