update my realize band to get full access

how do i enter my patient id to get full access to the web page?

Hi. You need to have had your band placed in order to have full access to the Realize My Sucess site. Your surgeon or his office staff provide you wtih a card to keep in your wallet which will have the codes you need to access the site.

i had surgery today, i have the card. how do i update?

I think you go in through "my profile" and there is a place there to enter your patient card ID number. I found the my profile at the very top right hand corner... Hope it works for you! Congrats on your surgery!!

Congratulations on having your surgery. Dr. Avara is also my doctor.
You need to go to realizeband.com, then click on Realize mySUCCESS, then click on Patient Login on the right side of the screen. Then click on Login to REALIZE mySUCCESS and register there.

I was wondering if I a get a card. I was jsut baned yesterday and Ididnt get one. Hmmmmm, I guess I need to make a call to the docs office.

i got it, it took a day before i could update it.  thanks for the help everyone.
