Surgery tomorrow

man, this all clear liquid diet is killing me.  now i know why our socity is so obese, all i have seen this morning are commericals for FOOD, fast food, fried food, easy food.  this special k protein water just aint cutting it, LOL!

I know what you mean! There are a TON of food commercials out there, and it's no fun seeing them when all you can have are liquids!!

I feel you there.  I am five days post op and I all I see if goodies.  But I just remind myself that the pleasure I get from the food is no where near the pleasure I will get from losing weight. 

I walked this morning before work and I have more energy that I have had in a long time already.  Losing feels great!
