Surgery scheduled
One thing I wish I would have known about was the possibility of waking up with a heavy feeling in my chest, almost like I couldn't breathe. I have had several surgeries and never experienced this so it was kind of scary. The nurse and doctor assured me it's normal. After a couple doses of pain medicine in the recovery room it was better. So if it happens to anyone just keep asking for more pain meds until it subsides!
