gastroscopy

Well, I have to go for a gastroscopy on Monday because my barium swallow showed a hiatal hernia...not looking forward to swallowing that scope, i can tell you!!!!  But it is one more thing done on the wasy to my surgery date of Dec.3...getting a little nervous but excited too.

Is that the same thing as an endoscopy?  IF so its a breeze!  worst part was the IV.  woke right up and went home, throat didnt even hurt!!

Yes , same thing and my throat didn't hurt the day I had it but it does now two days later. The test went well though and I see the surgeon nest Monday to finalize all the plans for surgery on the 3 of DEc.

I see ypu have had your band for a while nd wonder how much yu ahve lost since the band?

I dont get banded til November 5 this year. 
I have lost coz i was working out like a monster, and eating right.  I cant wait to see how it works once i get banded!!!
