Loose Skin!!!

I am starting to notice a lot of loose hangy skin...will it get better? (8 months since surgery) Is there anything out there that i can put on it to make it tighten and firm up?? Any suggestions??

Hi! I think the loose skin is really common, and I don't know that there is much you can do. I'm sure that firming lotions help, and toning up the muscles can help too. I'd suggest having a consultation with a plastic surgeon. And I don't mean a consultation for surgery, but a plastic surgeon can look at your skin and your problem areas and let you know how you can better the situation with out surgery. I plan on having some plastic surgery when I get to goal, since I need to lose aobut 140lbs. I'm sure I'll have some skin issues too.

I think that over time it will get a little better on it's own, but I don't think it will ever be tight again.
