Tuna Steaks???
Hi All,
I am just wondering how well Tuna Steak is tolerated. I am not much of a fish eater, but I do like Tuna and Shrimp. Tonight, my DH grilled Tuna steaks and I liked them a lot. For the most part, they were pretty moist, but I can see them drying out pretty easy.
Does anyone eat Tuna steaks? I am hoping this will become a routine meal for me.
Thanks!

Any fish is good. Tuna steak is okay as long as you don't overcook it- which you can say about just anything.
Try Mahi Mahi for something different. Sam's club has mango herb mahi mahi in their freezer section and its pretty good (I wasn't a fish person either). Tilapia is also not very fishy but more fatty.
Some recipe ideas to make fish moister: poaching fish or getting a george foreman grill. Poaching fish is putting it in a large pan and letting it steam/boil with a white wine or chicken broth/herbs combination- takes some of the fishiness away.
Hope this helped =-)
