Recetas Ricas y bajas en calorias
Hola mi gente, a ver si nos animanos voy a tratar de poner recetas a diario para que tengamos mas opciones. las recetas estan en ingles y ni se les ocurra pedir que las tradusca jajajaja
Chicken Lasagna ...the chicken IS the noodle.
Chicken Breast
Spaghetti Sauce (low sugar or non sugar added)
16 oz cottage or ricotta cheese (low fat)
½ cup parmesan (low fat)
2 T parsley - 1 T garlic
2 cup shredded mozzarella (low fat)
Pound chicken breasts very VERY thin. In a large baking dish put some spaghetti sauce...enough to just cover, but not deep. Lay enough chicken to cover the bottom. In a bowl mix together 16 ounces of cottage or ricotta cheese; 1/2 cup of dried parmesan cheese, 2 T dried parsley, and 1 dehydrated (or fresh) minced garlic. Spoon 1/2 this mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle about 1 cup of shredded moz cheese over this layer. Repeat layers one time. For the top I am a bit more generous with the moz cheese and usually add some mild cheddar to it too. Then I sprinkle some parsley over the top. Cover with Reynold's Release foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Remove foil and bake uncovered another 10 to 15 minutes until top is golden.

Eahh rayo, esa si que esta buena y hasta yo creo poder hacerla. Sigue con las recetas que son bien recibidas. La unica pregunta es que es un T? Me lo puedes decir en ingles no te preocupes por la traduccion pero en verdad no tengo idea a que se refiere, bueno a menos que sea Teaspoon? tu me dices,
