Hey YO AMO A MI ISLITA TAMBIEN!!!!Un brindis por nuestra bella islaHola yo tambien quisiera que los Puertorriquenos nos unieramos para apoyarnos.

Claro que si debemos apoyarnos... entiendo que no solamente los gringos o los que hablan ingles parecen del problema de sobre peso. Entiendo que los latinos tambien lo tenemos....pues nuestras comidas son riquisimas..verdad? Yo he perdido 165 libras y continuo perdiendo. Que podemos hacer? Le envie un mensaje a la administracion sobre que hizieran alguna parte del web site en espanol pero no me han contestado...ayudemonos....que podemos inventar como decimos los puertorriquenos.....!!!!!!

I just got back from there last week. I loved it. The weather cooperated with me every step of the way. I was able to eat almost everything I wanted. I tried everything but them alcapurias de Yuca just wouldn't agree with me. One thing that made it hard was the portions of food are HUGE. Plus so good it's hard to stop ypurself from eating. I made 3 meals out of one one day. Pork for breakfast Yummmm! lol

Hi Yolanda! I'm so happy to hear you had a great time in PR!! I love going there. We are going to go again next summer. I have been blessed that I can eat the same foods, just less. You are so right about the portions in PR, Huge!! They can last for 3 meals! LOL Marilyn

I lived there for 3 years (FOrt Buchanan), I didnt like it a bit. Sorry
