Good luck to both of you. I'm 16 months post-op and I couldn't be happier. Your life will definitely change for the better. Just be prepared for the first 6 weeks or so and the adjustment period you will probably go through. After that, it's smooth sailing.

Hi there, I too wanted to say congrats to the both of you. I agree with Tina about the first 6 week adjustment period ( I am in the 5th week now).. You will be so happy when you see that scale going down down down so fast! Good Luck to you both and see you on the loosing side!!

Hi Sheanetta My name is Jo Ann, and I'm from Colerain, NC. I don't have a date yet. I will be going for my first seminar on Sept. 2nd. and I am very happy to get started. I have been researching the different types of surgery procrdures since last nov. as well as the pros. and cons. If I do, as well as if I don't , and I have decided that it's time to make a change in my life.
