I am not far behind you in my pregnancy I am almost 8 months post op and i know its a daily struggle for me I have gained and lost the same two pounds for the past three months and am not showing yet I am doing my best to focus on getting protein and my fluids in most days it is a huge struggle but i hve wanted my little one for over 10 years
I don't really have any words of advice for the head issues as I am dealing with them to I just know that I am still fitting into a medium sized pant some of which are actually starting to get a bit lose and I keep telling myself that anything I gain now will be baby and I should have no problem losing it again once he's here
I never saw the pre-baby weight after my first, still kept 15 pounds on; however, with that being said, I also began my exercise addiction shortly after even to include Crossfit in the past 18 months (still doing 3 days a week with modifications); but what I focused on is making sure I was eating healthier and also keeping my exercise up. (Pre-Preganancy I worked out 2x a day for 3 days a week and worked out all but two days in general). I was in the best shape of my life prior to this one, so far I have gained 15 total pounds and was 30 weeks yesterday. Good luck on your heath and not necessary on that 111 #.

6 months post op is when the mental game really amped up for me post op! And being pregnant certainly has got to make that worse. Concentrate on eating healthy--protein first ALWAYS, plenty of water and getting your vitamins in. It's important to nourish you and your baby now--that's all that matters!.
I would tend to believe your doctor--I gained nothing the 1st trimester and put on close to 30 the 2nd trimester and have only gained 3-5 the 3rd trimester, depending on the day, and my eating and activity level has been the same 2nd and 3rd trimester. I'm just a little over 31 weeks.
