You used mirena cause your surgeon told you to do something! I never ovulated on my own pre-surgery--but I was off birth control for 2 cycles and pregnant for both of them! (miscarriage and this pregnancy)!

Liking your doctor is important. I love my team and it has helped even during the worst of times. My midwife, said she knew my body was getting ready to conceive~ she was right!
Is your glucose steady since surgery? I added Metformin back in after having some weight gain from steroids and hyper reactive episodes...the clomid helped too I am sure.
