Congratulations to all and welcome to the world sweet Alyssa!! Shes beautiful, glad everyone is doing well !!
I did not have the swelling but felt awful from about 37 1/2 weeks till delivery at 39 weeks. Slept a lot, lots of abdominal and back pain, sometimes related to contractions sometimes just continuous. And would have times of severe perineal pain when I stood up from where the babies head was--I am 4 days post c-section and say even with the pain from the surgery and sleep deprived I feel better now than the last week of being pregnant!
I had that intermittently thru my pregnancy--I think it was gas pain because TUMS or gas-x seemed to help with it
Congrats-- the link took me to a youtube page to upload a video--not your video
She arrived Weds at my full term scheduled c-section time. She was 8lbs 13 ozs and 20 inches. We came home from the hospital yesterday (I could have stayed a day longer but was so ready to come home!). She is nursing well.
