I had surgery July 2012 - SW of 320. I lost 140 lbs and have maintained at 180-190 for the past year. My husband and I just found out a few days ago that we are expecting our first child. I am so very overwhelmed.

I'm not great at taking my vitamins even though my levels have always come back fine, I know it's more important than ever now though.

I'm really nauseous, freezing cold, so tired and have been getting really bad headaches. I work full time and am having the hardest time making it through the day. I feel like I could sleep for days.

Any advice would be great.

First trimester sucks! I would definitely concentrate on taking all your vitamins and a prenatal and remember to snack often. I found going too long without eating would cause me to have a hypoglycemic type episode. You should feel better once the second trimester arrives. Congrats!
