Prenatal vitamins
Hello ladies,
Once you found out you were pregnant did you continue your daily vitamin regimen or did you have to start taking a specific prenatal vitamin(s)?
Not currently pregnant, my surgeon would kill me I'm sure! Just wanting to do some research beforehand. Very anxious to start trying though!

the biggest thing is to add in more Folic acid. You need good folic acid reserves at the very beginning of pregnancy to help your odds with baby having spina bifida.
I took my regular multi PLUS more Folic and more iron - until my nausea got too bad. Then I switched to a gummy prenatal, separate iron, and extra folic.

Vitamins are very important for pregnant women and her baby. Doctors advised to take vitamins pills and also fruits which includes vitamins. Visit for babyography silver cross.
I got pregnant 6 months after RNY (I've since had 2 babies post RNY and am working on my 3rd...I have 5 kids currently). I continued on with my regular vitamin and then just added in some additional Rx Iron (my iron has always been low...even pre RNY) and then doubled up my Greens (http://miraclewrapswithrhietta.myitworks.com/shop/product/303/).
Otherwise...I didn't change anything...gained 17lbs and pretty much lost it giving birth.
