Gaining weight quick!

I started my pregnancy at 170. Now @ only 18wks I'm at 194. I had my band unfilled 10wks ago. I don't know what to do. My diet is sm bowl of Special K protein in the am, salad with boiled egg for lunch, usually some sort of small dinner. If I snack it's peanuts or apples. I'm losing my mind and my clothes! And I still have 20 more wks!!!!

If that is truly all you're eating, you're probably retaining a lot of fluid.  Mention it to your doc and make sure you keep an eye on your bp.  Some fluid and swelling is normal (especially during the heat), but too much can be a sign of problems like pre e.  Drink lots of water and maybe squeeze in a Gatorade here and there.  It seems counter intuitive, but the more you drink, the less fluid your body will hold on to.  Good luck!

Just enjoy your pregnancy,  I've gained quite rapidly also with 9 weeks to go ! It doesn't matter how healthy I eat I still gain :( but oh well soon I'll be able to get back on track after baby.
