10 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes...insulin anyone?

I need insulin therapy to keep my sugars more normalized while pregnant...

Since we are bariatric what has your insulin regimne been like for you?

I see the high risk OB/GYN this week....

How are you keeping up with the protein and carb intake for your baby? Im worried....I can't keep up...

I'm a type 1 diabetic with an insulin pump.  I'm 18wks, my insulin needs are pretty much the same, this is my third pregnancy. Around wk25 insulin resistance for me was a challenge. I am striving for tight control of my levels. Your MFM will be a big help with questions though.
