So I have had the worst pregnancy with my gastro system. I had a ton of scar tissue pains as she got bigger and more moving. I would be on the floor some nights. Go to the er everything was normal. Two weeks ago my tummy has stopped processing red meats and I have a enlarged spleen. They can't find out what's going on till I have the baby. Scheduled for a c section on the 24th. I am going crazy trying to find food to eat I am on the soft calorie diet. Everything is painful. Anyone else have these issues during pregnancy. Baby is healthy. I just want to know I am not alone and if anyone has had any success in fixing these issues. Sleeve is so touchy! I had complications from the beginning and no I don't have my gallbladder. So I have had 3 tummy surgeries too. Which scar tissue is a issue.

I have had good sugar test so far but I do feel my sugar dropping. Please tell me i am not the only one dealing with this. I had PCOS prior to getting pregnant and got pregnant out of the blue such a wonderful miracle. I know i am at the end but I would love to some advice and encouragement and maybe someone who has gone through all this. thanks.

Sorry you're having so much trouble.  I'm 35 weeks into my second post sleeve pregnancy and haven't had any issues (I know, not helpful).  Have you seen your surgeon at all during this, or just your OB?  Can they remove some of the scar tissue surgically, perhaps even at the same time as your c-section to reduce the number of surgeries you end up with?  I'd try to get my OB and Bariatric doc talking to see if something could be done collaboratively when you have the baby since they'll have you open on the table anyway.  Might make for a more difficult recovery, but I'd imagine it would have to be easier than two separate recoveries.  They would obviously have to use general rather than an epidural, so you wouldn't be able to see the baby right away, but if they thought they could fix your issues, it seems like a decent trade off.  What is the reason for the c-section any way?  Either way, good luck!  Hope you get some answers and relief soon!!

I have never thought about doing scar removal I thought it would just add more scar tissue.. I am having a c section due to my enlarged spleen they think I have a inflamation or infection and I have chronic neck and shoulder pain.. I think physically a c section makes more sense.
