Congratulations!!!  So glad that it finally happened, the fact that it was without intervention is amazing.

Thanks ladies!!! I am sooo happy and blessed to be given this miracle!!!!!!! Got my first beta drawn yesterday and it was 416! Next one is tomorrow and then I have to wait til the 7th to get a sonogram :-/ I am sooo very anxious!!!! Idk what I am supposed to be taking really as far as vits are concerned. Right now I am taking 1 prenatal 2x daily and 1000mg cal citrate and about 2k of follic acid, which apparently gets excreted through urine so its not too much. Hopefully this is be o****il I get all my labs drawn :-)

After testing with a RE both hubby and I got the clear and I was about to start meds and IUI 2 weeks later and I found out I was pregnant. unfortunately I loss that pregnancy but three months later bam! Amazing how things are meant to happen! CONGRATS and wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months.

I love reading your stories of success.  Although I've never experienced fertility issues myself, I've seen it from a different perspective.  A close family member took years to get pregnant and during that time, I got pregnant numerous times without any effort, the "fertility guilt" as I like to call it made for an interesting journey for us.  I lost back to back pregnancies last year and oddly felt like it was some sort of twisted way to level the playing field.  Anyway, having experienced the struggles of someone so close, I've seen first hand what you ladies endure and I'm always so impressed by the strength and determination that it takes to get through these struggles!  Pregnancy announcements from you ladies that have struggled truly put a smile on my face that lasts all day!  Congrats to you both!

Thanks Paula! I wish I could "like" your post 100x over!!! I am sry you have felt that way, especially when being pregnant is such a happy and joyful time. It must be hard being on the other side of the coin and knowing someone who struggles so. Very few people know about our struggle, not even my own sister has a clue. I am happy and thankful that you are supportive, so many ppl just dont "get it" and they never will. Big big ((hugs)) to you!!!
