I've been ttc since July of this year. I am nealy 19 months post op VSG, am 28 years old, have never had PCOS or any fertility issues, and current have a 6yeat old. I have been tracking my cycle and diligently using opks. I feel like I don't know what the problem is. I thought you were more fertile post op?!

Sorry you are having trouble. Yes, some women find themselves more fertile but that is not always the case. Sometimes you can try for months and nothing happens then you decide to give it a rest and find yourself pregnant.

Have you given vitex agnus-castus a try?

The rule of thumb for someone in their 20's is to see a reproductive specialist if they have been ttc for one year without success.  I know this might sound odd, but I read some research on vitamin D and pregnancy that indicated women with higher D levels have higher rates of pregnancy.  Best of luck.
