Anyone get pregnant right away after delivery?

How long after having baby #1 did you get pregnant? I'm not wanting to get on BC at all and hoping to et pregnant right away.

My daughter was 3 when I got pregnant with #2. My second was only 5 months old when I got pregnant with #3. I only had one period after having him and before I got pregnant.

 

You may want to talk to your doctor.... and have your levels checked.... After both my pregnancies my vitamin levels took a huge hit. Plus you need to let your body heal somewhat...

 

Even though my kids are 25 months apart, my son's pregnancy was extremely rough, after I had my daughter. I'm still not completely back to normal and my son is 17 months.

If you're breastfeeding, that could put a hold on things.  With both my kids, I didn't get periods bac****il they were totally weaned at 10 and 11 months.  I wanted to get pregnant when my first was about 8/9 months old, but couldn't because I didn't start ovulating regularly until well after her first birthday.  However, I have a friend who got pregnant the first time she had sex six weeks after delivery (she was formula feeding and had already had a normal period).  So, it is definitely possible.
