Hi everyone! I haven't been on OH in awhile and was hoping to get some advice. I'm a little over a year out from RNY. I have lost 110 Lbs and am within 10 lbs of my doctors goal weight. At my 1 year appt. I was given the green like to get pregnant. Before I start TTC I want to make sure I am taking the right amount of vitamins. My Bari center is 3 hours away and I was told if I wanted to speak with the doctor I'd need to come in. So I thought I'd check with you all in the meantime. What was your vitamin regimen while TTC and while pregnant? What did you take at what times of the day also.

Thanks!

I'm 6 months pregnant (or just about) and eventhough my pregnancy was a TOTAL surprise, I just take my regular multi-vitamin along with Folic Acid and calcium. My labs are all perfect (what a relief!).

I take an over the counter calcium (the amnt recommended after surgery) when I get up in the morning.

i take my over the counter multivitamin and b complex in the afternoon.

before bed I take another calcium and over the counter Folic Acid.

I had tons of regular multivitamins and the obgyn said they are perfectly fine as long as I add Folic.

Good luck on ttc!!!
