I am 10 months out and I have gained 5 pounds. 2 weeks ago I gained 2 pounds and Last week I gained 3 pounds. I still work out but maybe like 3-4 x's a week. I am so happy and blessed with this pregnancy but I cant help feel sad  seeing the scale going up after so many months it was going down. Sorry just venting.

You are pregnant, cut yourself some slack.  If your goal was weight loss after having WLS then you should have taken precautions.  It is knonw that obesity is a big cause for infertility and once a large amount of weight is lost lots of women become fertile again (not all but lots).  You wanted a pregnancy right now so now you do all you can to keep healthy then proceed with weight loss mode once the baby is born.  Nope it won't be the way it was intended as an early post op but you can lose weight any time just like people do without having any WLS at all.

All Best with your beautiful bundle of joy.

it is hard to watch. i felt very much the same way in the early stages watching the numbers go up. it does eventually taper off and regulate itself. it's all the hormones from my what my doctors told me, as i kept asking why the numbers kept climbing even with me eating properly. healthy baby is goal. you lost it once, you'll lose it again. :)

You are doing great! 5 lbs in 6 months is nothing. Don't worry, just make sure to stick with your not drinking with meals, which seems to be my hardest task to stick to since I am always thirsty! You are pregnant, you will gain some weight. Just focus on that baby and making sure you stay healthy as well! I am at 33 weeks and up 25lbs, so you are doing great! With my first post-op baby at 18 months out I gained almost 70lbs! Never was able to Take it all off after and found out I was pregnant again in less than 2 years. Now seeing the scale go up that time was hard so I know what you mean, but again mine was almost 10lbs at each visit!
